Heroin heartburn

I'm fairly new to dope, not opiates though. Anyway I bang it and it seems like if I do a lot I get terrible non-stop heartburn.:! Is this common, anyone else have this problem? Find myself drinkin' mad chocolate milk cuz I'll be cravin' sweets and the milk helps the burn -and it's just fuckin' delicious!=D
