HBW seeds

Hi, i have recently ordered ten HBW( Hawaiian baby woodrose) seeds and have some questions.
Whats the best way to ingest them with as little nausea as possible?
Whats your reccomended doseage?
Is it fun?

Grind them up real nice in a coffee grinder and add the ground up seeds to empty capsules such as ginsing capsules u buy at GNC. I hear its so much easier than adding it to a drink and drinkin the nasty shit.peace

What kind of trip is it like?

ive never done it but im sure its a somewhat like a mellow acid trip with less powerful hallucinations

My friends have tried morning glory seeds a couple of times. If you drink it you will defenitly puke out some nasty green shit. You will trip ball thou. And of course the famous trip talk

will come into play.peace
