Have been using RCs for Spiritual Studies since 2006

I have been using Research Chemicals for Spiritual Studies since 2006, and I wanted to share an observation.

First, this may not be a complete list, but here is a list off the top of my head of the RCs I have tried: 2C-I (first RC), 5-MeO-DMT, DPT, 4-AcO-DMT, JWH-018, MDPV, AM-2201, MXE, 6-APB, 25I-NBOMe, 25I-NBOH, 4-FA, UR-144, Etizolam, U-47700, MDPH, NM-2201, Ethyl-Hexedrone, just off the top of my head.

My first observation has to be that since the death of Alexander Shulgin, the RC community has taken a wrong turn. The reason many people become part of the RC community is because they read PIHKAL and TIHKAL, then when they actually become part of the community the only things available are the aftermath of these Scientists:

More people need to read deeper in to Shulgin's books. In his books he completely explains how to do all of this. It is not hard to change the structure of a Molecule, a few examples. He shows in 2 of the procedures in PIHKAL how to make a different molecules just by mixing 1 thing with 1 other thing, and changing the temperature each time. And he has recipes for how to make various Phenethylamines from common plants like Vanilla, Dill, Parsley, Sesame Seed and even Fake Vanilla oil, the same way MDMA can be made from Sassafras or Pepper. These are things that could easily be done on a mass scale in places like China.

The RC community should go back to its roots, like when 2C-I & 5-MeO-DMT are what everyone was talking about.

There is no RC community. There's people who use drugs and people who sell drugs. People who use drugs have gone back to LSD because it's available again and the "good" RCs (like 2C-I) are just as illegal. People who sell drugs sell what people want to buy, which is mostly addictive crap, especially stimulants because those have been the most available. Shulgin's death was an independent event that happened to occur near the "turning point" on the timeline.

There's still plenty of people talking about psychedelics, but once chemicals get made Schedule I it kinda kills them off a bit (especially things like 2C-I that don't have a whole lot going for them besides being "legal"--not that I don't like 2C-I, I'm just saying it's not introspective and it doesn't have the name recognition of LSD or MDMA).

Going back to its roots. So you are saying we should stop using RCs and go back to using ibogaine, ayahuasca, mushrooms, san pedro, and peyote? I totally agree.
