RCs Has anyone tried Endomorphin-1 EM1

Have an opportunity to get some and I'm pretty curious. From everything I've read its 10 times the potency of morphine. Would have to research it a lot further before actually trying the stuff. Debating between this and desmethyltramadol.

So has anyone any experience with this and at what dosage range?
Forgive me if this has been asked, just didn't see it anywhere.
 
Opioids are occasionally available on the RC market but there is much less demand for them. They will likely be more expensive than their common counterparts and of course they are untested and more dangerous.
Research Chemical Opiods?

Experiences of any specific obscure one are generally difficult to find and if you want to theorize about mechanism of action, subjective effects, metabolism, and such, you should do so in ADD.

Debating between this and desmethyltramadol.

I'm not sure if this is you meant o-desmethyltramadol is a research chemical but it is hard to consider it is one as it is the main active metabolite of tramadol. Still the production of it is in the usual RC unregulated method and the effects of just it haven't really been studied. Depending on your location it might be illegal under analogue laws.
 
assuming it is what it says it is, everyone has tried it. for some research into the effects try having a very hot curry.

written as anyone would normally, that'll be endorphin by the way.

I did not find anything specific too EM-1 there. Thank you though, I will post the question over there.
 
^No it's in the archive. I just threw it in as a reference for RC opioids in general. I think it's the only thread on Bluelight that has endomorphine in it as well.

edit: maybe this as well.
Designer opioids?

Most of the search comes back as people discussion endorphins.
 
EM-1 is an endogenous opioid peptide. peptides have shown to be not very recreational.

youre better off with the dmTramadol
 
I would be very happy to use it for pain and too stave off WDs as I've been on oxy for a year. I don't have insurance and almost every refill I have to go to the PM doctor and pay $375 up front everytime. Plus having too schedule my appts 3 weeks in advance makes it quite difficult. I've ended up buying dope a bunch of times because of this. Looking for some alternatives. I'm pretty ready to order some dmTramadol too try either way though. Thanks
 
^Kratom has been used with success for this purpose (depending on your dosage) and is legal except for Australia and parts of Southeast Asia. There are three threads on it in the OD Directory.
 
I recently bought some kratom. I mix 4-5 grams with some oj and drink it down, not bad at all just a little gritty. I would compare it with about 25 mg hydrocodone. Its cheap too you can get an oz for the price of a 10 mg lortab.
 
If you have really bad pain, and have been on opiate painkillers almost daily for a year, kratom doesn't do much at all for it. Sometimes 60mg of oxycodone doesn't even put a dent in it. To stave off WDs, yes Kratom works alright. Would still like to know if anyone has tried the EM-1
 
Its a peptide and will be inactive orally. Only way its going to get into you, if its bioavailable, without chemical modification (which in the case of peptides, gets pretty high-tech pretty quickly), is via either intranasal administration or IV.

Some peptides work intranasally some do not.

I think I would be too scared to IV it without hearing someone else has tried it first and not died. Or even snort it for that matter.
 
I think about iv but I haven´t found any other researchers who made experiences..........

So i do agree with macbrown; i´ll wait until i heard from some experience!
It´s really dangerous and should only be used under laboratory conditions!!!!!!

I have yet to hear of successful use of opiate peptides. I've heard of a few deltorphin experiences IV but I don't think they are all that worthwhile nor are they comparable to 'classic' opioids.

Nor have I seen any proof that e.g. caseomorphin, DAMGO, or exogenous endorphin are active without intracerebroventricular administration.
