Harvesting a plant

Hi all, how is everyone? :)

Just curious, in general, how much the average cannabis plant can produce a week, a month if its grown with hydroponics, NOT with sunlight.

Just rough estimates would be great, in grams, or ounces, whatever goes

lol, do some research. Asking that ? is like asking how many apples will grow on any given apple tree. Mostly your answer will depend mostly on environmental factors which havent been listed. Also, If you dont give a plant light you get a hermi faced villain.
 
You'l need at least two months before you get any decent weight from a plant and thats still cutting things short if your growing a Sativa strain. Thats doesnt even cover the time that your plant is in veg, only flowering. Basically, I havnt included the time it takes for the plant to develop branches and grow taller. Only the time it takes to grow what you smoke. However, you can create a cycle where you have plants in one room vegging and plants in another room flowering simultaneously thus cutting your time in half.

The amount you harvest depends on lots of things. The type of light you use, the method used to grow, the amount of light each plant gets, the length of veg/flowering times, plants genetic ect. The list goes on forever so its virtually impossible to tell you how much a plant will harvest. The Dr was right when he said 1gram to a pound.

If you can get hold of it download or buy "I Grow Chronic" by Mr Green. Its a good guide to growing hydro and takes you from the beginning (setting up a grow room) to the harvest. I'l send you a link to the torrent if I still have it on my hard drive.

To avoid this, you grow a mother plant which you keep in a vegetative state forever. Snip and grow clones from this plant and you will ensure that all your plants are female (males dont produce the bud that you smoke) provided that your mother plant is female.

Edit: Keep your plants in veg by giving them 18hrs of light and 6hrs of total darkness each day. Flower your plants by giving them 12hrs of light and 12hrs of total darkness each day. Only do this once your plants are big and strong with a thick stem.

can somebody explain cloning? like i know the idea of it but my buddy has a plant about 2 feet tall now looking really healthy. im not sure if its a male or female yet but if its a female i would like to clone it. a link to a good site explaining it would work too i just cant find one
 
bubble buckets pack the most weight onto plants, up to and above 300g per plant per harvest
