Harmaline Freebase

What would be an ideal dose of harmaline freebase for a good ayahuasca experience? I apologize if this has been covered. I've come across plenty of recomendations for syrian rue/ b caapi but can't find much on the pure freebase. I have a 500mg vial.

Hey, i know we aren't alloud to share sources on here even for ethnobotanicals.
but if you look into a product called Natem and manage to find it. It is made through the process of a non kill policy for the Caapi vine.
It involves cutting the caapi vine, letting it bleed, and then harvesting the alkaloid resin that bleeds from the vine trying to heal itself.

NATEM is amazing. Physically it is Smoothest MAO concentrate i've ever done.

^I'll have to look into that. I was also considering smoking some of this during the peak of a 4 subbed tryptamine, anyone try this? I seem to recall terence mckenna smoking harmaline while on mushrooms.
