had a drink of vodka 8 or so hours after taking half a 5mg valium, safe to fall asleep in a bit?

took a quarter of 5mg in the AM around 9 and then a half around 1:00pm fell asleep, woke up and impulsively had a vodka about 3oz maybe 4oz. i know they’re not a combo to mix but is it all good? seen some other threads on it just looking for reassurance. much appreciated

Even with fact you, me and many others have used benzos with something in doses like that and even much, much higher without much problems I think it’s important to point out two things.

One, without tolerance even that “moderate dose”can easily lead to serious problems, including death for sensitive individuals (unimportant if it’s from alcohol vomiting or by other mehanism).
And two, diazepam is forgiving and it’s very hard to od from diazepam alone or with some amount of other downer/opiate with it while same is often not true for many other benzos.
