this might be tough to answer without pictures, but I'm not really comfortable posting pix of myself on a message board like that. another forewarning - this has nothing to do with AAS.

anyway...

some background: 26 years old, weigh 178 with 12% bodyfat. I started getting into working out almost obsessively within the last year. Last year on this exact date i weighed 230 lbs. so I've lost 50lbs, can lift like 2-3x heavier than what i was doing last year for every muscle group, and have non-flex definition coming in . I'll be honest here - when I was at 230 I had man tits. heavy gyno. i've been lifting 6 days a week, cardio 7, consume 180g's of protein a day, cut out soda/white sugar/all that bullshit like 9 months ago from my diet. I feel great

BUT - I still have some gyno. I train chest 2x a week - rotating between upper, mid and lower. My pecs are looking pretty nice especially considering where I was a year ago, and if I flex i can actually see light striations between the upper and mid pec. I'm definitely seeing results, but one thing I can't get rid of is the gyno. I still have a small amount of gyno/big nipples.

Is this something that will eventually go away if I keep doing what I'm doing? do I have "natural gyno" or am naturally prone to it , and it'll never go away? I ask because 1. I'm seeing results everywhere and 2. I hit my lower chest pretty hard (used to struggle with 25s on each side of the bar on the decline bench, now I can do 55 on each side 4 sets no problem - with sets of dips inbetween for good measure)

I'm wondering if there is anything else I could/should be doing to reduce this. One thing I've found is that usually after I lift and/or cardio - the gyno is greatly reduced. I'd eventually like to cut down to like 7% BF and run Test someday but I'm afraid of even smelling test for fear the gyno would get worse.

sorry for the long post but it's been bugging me for a while...any help would be appreciated

You are just fat. Keep lifting and it should go away with time.

Once you get into the 7% range and you still have puffy nips/feel like there's a hard lump in there, then it would be time to see an endocrinologist for further consultation.

Couldn't hurt taking a blood test either, though they are expensive as fuck and most people's insurance doesn't cover random blood tests whenever you want em. As for now, any post in this thread (including yours) is pure speculation.

You can complain to your doctor that your nipples are sensitive and hurt a lot. Complain that it interferes with your sleep, you wake up from the pain when you roll onto your stomach sometimes.

Your dr. should send you to see someone. I did this thinking I had gyno and trying to scam a free surgery to remove the gyno. My dr. sent me to a breast center lol believe it or not and they gave me a friggin mamogram lol

Turns out I don't have gyno.

This worked for me and I"m glad I did it. I didn't have to worry about having gyno after that.

run a low dose of aromasin or look ito a legal ai transdermal spray called aifm wich it very good,
also these a a couple of localised topical and injectable fat loss supp aoubt that could help

thanks for the replies guys. i'll do some research on AIFM. I was also under the impression that dips/decline work would tighten up my lower chest - which is starting to definitely tighten up. The 'gyno' is basically around the bottom half of my nipples, if that makes sense.

Voxide: I had a friend who is a trainer say the same thing to me. Basically, I'm still fat in some areas and this is one of them; keep doing what im doing and it'll eventually come off.

Regardless , I look and feel like a completely different person than I did a year ago. I remember last year at this time not being able to do one Dip, now I can rip 4 sets of 15 reps no problem.

This forum is great I've been getting a lot of good info on here. Once I get my BF down in the single digits and strength my abs and lower back so I can squat and dead (tough for me, because I had a major back surgery in Feb. 2010) I want to run Test. I'll definitely keep reading on here. Thanks guys.
