I mixed about 2andahalf shots of vodka with a bunch of stems/shake from some regs + .4 of grinded dank. MY QUESTION IS: If I did that about 20 minutes ago, should I wait any longer?

sorry to burst ur bubble but unless you heat the product first then the extraction takes quite awhile.

like a good couple days - week. some people do more, some may do less but i would be very skeptikal of potency of any super quick GD that didnt preheat the herb, stems etc before hand but i dunno maybe someone will chime in n have some expeience with super quick GD recipe

As above post states...definately needs to sit atleast 4 weeks IMO.
Its gonna have no value to you after 20 minutes. You should prep this along time in advance,for a specific thing to do not just outta the blue.
