Green butterflys

So in the triangle are of North carolina there is a surge of purple mercedes, green butterflys, and blue naked ladies pills. I wish i had picks but i have only seen the pills and not taken a picture. They are well pressed and all colors are very bright and solid (no specks). anyone hear anything about these?
