I've tried it numerous times. Multiple times I've had 1mg (doesn't quite get me there, whereas 2mg does), and I've tried all kinds of combinations which simply didn't work. It still felt like 10mg.
I've tried 1-2 bottles of grapefruit juice, blending grapefruits, mixing with l-lysine, taking l-lysine by itself. None of these methods seemed to have *any* effect at all.
