got some adderall and a few questions?

today i acquired some d-amphetamine salt combo generic for adderal and the past threads have answered most of my questions but i am left with a few. i am more of an opiate/benzo guy so what i dont know about amphetamines could fill a large book. 1) i have heard of the nasty comedown from adderall and want to know how will i know when the "comedown" is beginning. 2) i have a plethora of benzos on hand and want to know which is the best for knocking my ass out when i want it to end i have xanax, restoril, and klonopin. 3) i have the blue 10mg pills are these immediate release and how much should i take for a fun time. 4) what does the high from adderall feel like? my past experience with amphetamines is this- got diagnosed with add in 3rd grade went on adderal xr. hated it made me feel like a zombie. then vyvanse which made me feel the same. it has been over 7 years since adderall or any "upper" has entered my body and just want to know what to expect. hey the pills were free so i ain't gonna deny them.

1- The conedown from amphetamines for me mostly consists of feeling burnt out, exhausted and restless. You'll want to go to sleep but won't even be able to keep your eyes closed, any your heart will still be pounding. It usually starts 5-6 hours after dosing. 2- I have never tried restoril, but both alprazolam and clonazepam do wonders for me with amph. withdrawal. If your looking to be knocked out I'd say Xanax, because I find it slightly more sedating. 3- With no tolerance, 30-40mg IR should be well enough to have you speeding and euphoric, and any more would probably make the high unpleasant.4- With no tolerance, adderall IR comes on with pretty intense euphoria. You feel confident, content, alert, just overall on top of it. It feels good to do productive things(cleaning, etc.) and generally makes you social and talkative. The anxiety I've experienced has set in during the crash, not during the actual high. As for the lack of effects when you were younger, I attribute that to what was most likely a very low dose, and also The fact that they were XR.
 
thanks i appreciate your input i am scared to death to try em. so your saying that the benzos i have are a surefire way to knock me out. btw restoril is temazepam a hypnotic benzodiazapine(sp?) anyone else have any suggestions? also pupil you said the comedown starts 5-6 hours after dosing? could i dose myslelf with a high dose (3mg xanax) (120mg restoril) 4 hours after dosing? will that make me sleep through the comedown? i am sorry about all the questions just getting this shit forced into my mouth at a young age not liking its effects have kept me from trying it.
 
Ok after some research it seems like restoril is the more sedating benzo, so maybe it would help you sleep better, but that's just what I've found online i have no experience with it. But yeah you can't really go wrong with any benzo for a speed crash they will ease the irritability, anxiety, and restlessness and they should allow you to sleep it off.
 
If you're scared to try them, then you're not going to have a good time. You'll be paranoid the whole time as these can cause paranoia and heading into any drug experience with a bad/negative/fearful mindset is NEVER a good idea. Unless you're smoking weed. You don't HAVE to do them just because you got them. If you don't want to do them, don't.
 
your making a mountain out of a mole hill. Relax. Adderall is just 'fun"....I'd say take 30-40mg's and you'll feel happy. It really is not that big of a comedown. I swear. It is gradual as your body processes it. It also depends on how you metabolize meds? Do they go through you pretty fast?

I'd say just have a xanax on hand in case you might want it after 4 hrs of taking the adderall...in case you don't like the adderall high.

My shrink prescribes me both xanax and dexadrine (another amphetamine, like adderall). We joikingly call it Xaderall.......I have had treatment resistant depression for years and the amphetamines finally pulled me out--but I take xanax sometimes with it if I feel any anxiety....all prescribed by Dr. It's worked wonders.

Even with a bad mindset, I have a hard time seeing real paranoia from only a 30-40mg dose.
 
Still, if you're already paranoid and convinced that something bad will happen, the chances for self-fulfilling prophecy and a bad time go way up with any stimulant use.
 
I never noticed any terrible comedowns from adderall until I was on about 48 hours of studying/writing. Even then some whiskey and weed were good enough to take any edge off.

The most euphoric experience I ever had from them was off of like 20mg when I was 17 and weighed about 165 lbs.

I generally kept most of my use below 5-10 mg at a time just for an aid to study/write for school (sometimes NHL '14 marathon sessions with my roommate if he caught me at the right time ;x) But usually never had any terrible comedown... Just noticed the difference in motivation once they wore off

I've heard that people's natural amphetamine tolerance can differ a lot. Like 5-10mg for some will feel like 30-40mg for me. Even with no tolerance, anything less than 20mg and I feel pretty much nothing.
 
i think ill start with maybe 2 and half pills (25mgs) or maybe if i am feeling adventurous 30mgs i think the benzos will ease the anxiety and will only take them as needed and then for when i want to sleep 4 restoril 30mgs which is my go to for falling asleep on a cloud feeling. i am going to Puerto Rico Saturday and would like to try them before i go. is it noticeable (an adderall high)? i cant thank you guys enough for the help. before BL i just randomly popped what i found in someones med cabinet shit anything could have happened.
 
I'd say it's rather noticeable. The euphoria and empathy increased greatly the first time I used more than a recommended dose. Then again we were watching the Woodstock movie in English class, so I'm sure that helped... I just remember feeling 'wow'

Yeah you should definitely feel it with 25, my first time ever was 30mg and I was flying. You could even take a little more if it's not intense enough. The big thing to remember with adderall is that more does not equal better. A lot of times the higher the dose, the more unpleasant side effects once you get past about 50mg with no tolerance.

i just dropped two pills 20mg total. had a panic attack before deciding to man up and take the pills. i actually have some packing to do for the trip so this should make me more motivated. shaking as i am typing this, will update when necessary i think i feel the rush.

Don't freak out. 20mg is a relatively low dose. Wait until you feel it come on and if it's just right for you, leave it, but you can take 10-15mg more if it's too weak. The high should last you about 6 good hours, give or take 1-2 hours because different people feel it differently. Also yeah for whatever reason adderall makes things that usually suck(cleaning, homework) really enjoyable.
