Here's one I saw in Bluelight Social which was pretty kewl:
"Who says computer games affect kids, imagine if PacMan affected us as kids, we'd all sit

The best sig I've ever seen was one which changed everytime the guy posted, and always had some funny comment about the post he'd just made...
Anyone seen or know any other interesting or funny ones?
 
Well its not really relevant but this quote always puts a smile on my face.

Can't remember who's sig this is on here, but I think it's the best so far.

I've seen some truly shocking sig's, quotes etc and I've seen some damn funny ones

My favourite is the one I use as my sig, out of A Clockwork Orange (good film/book).
What are some others...
