Opioids Good dose?

I got 5 10/325s and I havent taken them for 4-6 months. When I did take them it was 20-45mg everyday for a week or to then take a break and repeat.
I'm planning on taking 3 or 4 tomorrow for work. Would 40mg hit me to hard because I haven't used opiates for so long?

Guess you don't have a very demanding job if you're planning on 40 mgs for 'work'. That would put a lot of folk into a mighty good nod

its friday and all i do is sit in a chair and tell people what to do

with absolutely no tolerance, 40 mg's is gonna have you nodding for hours and possibly make you vomit.

I'd maybe go with 20mg instead, your tolerance is probably back close to baseline by now. Just bring a booster dose just in case
