Dont mix benzos and opiates and alcohol! My friend is fighting for her life right now in the ER for doing just this. The paramedics were able to recessucitate her (yes, she technically was dead) but she had a heart attack and stroke with collapsed lungs. She was not alone, and [name withheld] didnt do shit for her, just basically let her die. This wasnt a suicide attempt either; she just did what she had done many times before. This time it fucked her up.

We (BL, methadone clinics, doctors) dont say "dont mix blah bla blah..." just because we want to ruin your buzz, or hear ourselves talk, but because it can be deadly, or worse. Her car, her belongings, ID, etc, have still not been returned to the family (Id consider them stolen at this point, but no legal stuff here), and ofc the people she OD'd with are not being forthcoming to anyone about anything. The hospital wont tell me shit because Im not family, which is extremely irritating. I heard from her half sister yesterday, and this happened last Wednesday, the day she got her xanax script. Once I knew that bit of info, I was able to put together the rest (she traded some xanax for the methadone+cash to get the alcohol) and mixed all 3, and now my sweet sweet friend is fighting for her life. :(
 
I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I'll keep her in my thoughts. Hope she comes out okay and has a speedy recovery.
 
thanks guys. and to the people who think mixing shit is possible, it is, Im guilty myself... I also shouldnt be here, I should be in a grave many times over. benzos have a nasty habit of wiping memory, so any experimenting leads to "did I take my pill? no, I better take my pill" and redosing situation. there are people I personally know that a single half of a sub(-oxone) or single perc 5 will have them vomiting their guts out or spun the fuck out for a day on the couch. no updates on my friend, I really hate reality sometimes, this has been the longest 12 hours I can remember.

what people fail to understand is that poly-drug combos do not produce linear or repeatable results, no matter how tolerant you are to any or all of them individually.
 
Sorry to hear about your friend.
Lost friends since last July over Heroin/xanax combos, another one recently over methadone/xanax combo.

Benzos and opiates don't cause strokes and heart-attacks as far as i know. The person in question must have had some underlying medical conditions. Whatever the case, i'm sorry for your friend.

It's aspergers named after the man who discovered it. You are being damn inappropriate yourself treating the disorder like a joke because of its name. It's already hard enough for that serious disorder to gain recognition and respect.

As for the guy asking to mix dilly and benzo that's horrible trolling unless you are just clueless. Learn some respect for the suffering and dead.

To the OP I am sad that you have to go through this. I hope things work out for the best and the inconsiderate person who let her od gets what they deserve. Karmas a bitch and maybe when he overdoses no one will be there to call help for them as no one i is left to be around them as they did not care about others enough. My prayers go out to your friend who is struggling and I hope she makes it through in the end.

Honestly I can believe that honest mistake. Sorry I just quoted you as Birc0014 response is worse..... He took it to another level and acted like Eric Cartman from South Park that also took advantage of the easy misinterpretation.

I mean we know it's all caked Uranus, but for the sake of respect can we be mature and not laugh about it like little kids. Someone here is worried about their friend possibly fighting for life hopefully just recovering and getting through mental health evaluation wcs. To the op I am sorry again threads a bit derailed. I hope you hear updates from your friend soon. I need to read again, but how come you can't hear from the family?
 
How can you be so scared of the police that you won't help a dying friend. Fucking cowards.
 
mixing... one of the most pleasurable and dangerous actions known to man... more dangerous than sharing needles even, which is often a part of mixing drugs itself...
 
This is what happens when there's a lack of knowledge with drugs.... We can change this, this is what sites like this are for. Instead of parents telling kids not to do this and that they should be telling them to go on bluelight.

To the OP, if your friend doesn't make it just know that she'll be eternally happy and you should feel better knowing that she will be in paradise. They say this is hell and we're trying to make it to heaven.
