My friend needs money and is giving plasma on monday....is it cool if he were to do coke tonight? Will they test for that shit when they take it? WIll it show up?
As far as I know, they do test for coaine and opiates when donating plasma. I have no idea if this is standard practice for all clinics, but the one I donate at does. Check out erowid.org for cocaine/drug testing info. Peace
No. They never ever test for drugs when you give blood/plasma/platelets/bone marrow.
However, your friend is EXCLUDED permanently from giving if he tells them he's done coke.
They are afraid that people will get hepatitis from sharing straws. Even if you're never shared a straw, the fact that you have snorted cocaine is enough to disqualify you.
Long story short, you'll get the $15 or however much they're paying in your area, but you'll be barred from further donations when your plasma is full of coke.
