okay so i've heard that it must be taken on an empty stomach in order for your HGH to spike to its peak, but a lot of people recommend it with "only protein in your stomach". well the less fattening protein i have at hand is myoplex which only has 7 grams of fat and 19 grams of carbs, how long after consuming this can i sub-q?

also, i'm planning on using this for track and field next year (shot put and discus), anyone know if this can be tested for?

btw my "research" is going great! this is my 5th day dosing 250 mcg's 1x daily (post workout), and i'm already starting to feel some difference, i've been out of the hospital for 2.5 months (ACL recon, meniscus repair) and i'm hoping it'll help heal that up too.

I highly doubt GHRP would be tested for seeing as it's not that popular.

GHRP is really useful for aiding in appetite, but it raises prolactin and cortisol, which effect very negatively on other important body building hormones like testosterone. But to answer any questions, yes you can make good gains with GHRP alone. It is great for fat loss.

As for timing, I typically would inject, wait for the hunger to kick in, and go to town on my shake.

PS.Those macro nutrients are going to mean absolutely nothing to everyone seeing as we have no idea what your goals are or what your metabolism/body type is.

Ghrp-6 is better known for it's hunger inducing effects, but it has a ceiling dose of 100mcg unlike ghrp-2 and ipramorelin. Ipramorelin does not increase cortisol/prolactin at any dose. Hexarelin is the strongest at GH, cortisol/prolactin release and causes desensitization after 2 weeks so cant be used full time. Ghrp-2 is middle of the road its stronger at GH release than Ghrp-6/ipramorelin but weaker than hexarelin and has a chance of increasing corisol/prolactin at high doses >100mcg.
