Misc GHB in the US

I was a big fan of Renewtrient back in its heyday, I love the effects of GHB. Is it even possible to get the substances to make it yourself anymore? I have read the main ingredient is only found in some wheel cleaners overseas but you wont find the necessary materials stateside. Just curious on the possibility of obtaining it anymore.
 
The precursor is a schedule one substance and you could end up in prison for obtaining it.

Synthesis discussion is also not allowed on bluelight, even though it is a simple conversion.

If you know the penalty for GHB possession in the US, then you know that it is not worth it.
