GHB and Alcohol question.

My friend and I rolled last night and shared 1 ounce of G (about 2 caps a piece) We took our last cap at about 6:30am - 7:00am this morning.
My question is, How long do we have to wait until it is safe to introduce some alcohol into our systems? We were thinking about eating a light lunch and start drinking at about 1:00 pm or so.

G'day Lane ... My short answer to your question is "I don't know"(which is true), however my long answer is "In doing my own research on GHB I read from what appeared to be a authorative source that G metabolizes into carbon dioxide and water about four hours after ingestion." If this is right, which it probably is, I'd say you're safe in doing what you propose.

You're ok, no problem, assuming you have normal physiology. It's much more risky to take G after you've had alcohol, because (a) alcohol takes forever to metabolize (b) alcohol impairs your judgement (c) G is usually taken in shots.
If you take G and then start drinking, start with something light, not a shot, but a beer. If you start feeling drowsy, simply stop drinking. A general rule of thumb i use is this: if i had to take a BAC (blood alcohol content) test by a policeman, would i pass? Not just a sobriety test, but if they took my blood and brought it to the lab, would i be in the legal grey zone or illegal black zone? If so, i won't touch G. Period
