Okay as a woman I can say that reaching orgasm is both a physical and a mental thing and it is def harder for a woman to cum than a man. I'd say dont rush her or expect her to change all her ways all at once. Tell her about your desire to be able to see her and see the pleasure you give and explain your desires in a way that will make her feel good about herself and do not make her feel bad or guilty.
