A friend of mine tried E for the first time this weekend. She tried half at first and said she didn't feel anything, about 3 hours later she did the second half. She thre up, felt good, danced and then freaked out because she was so hot and threw up some more. We basically chilled on a cool area for a whilea dn she said felt warm adn happy but started throwing up again. I made sure she drinking enough and stuff. LAter she said she did kinda feel something off the first half hit of me. i took the same stuff and had a great time, a little nausea but only the day after. her experience surprised.
I don't think she'll do e again but does anyone have suggestions about preventing or dealing with being sick on E. One of my friends told me it's all about your head space and how you feel going into it.
