Getting rid of the bloat

im finishing up an EQ/CYP cycle, I got a little bloated and gained more weight off this cycle than last time, due to the fact my appetite was thru the roof and i ate fast food twice a day. I figure now is the time to start leaning up a bit, so i scored some anavar and T3. Ive never taken the t3 before, and am wondering if this is ok to take with the anavar? If so, how should i dose this stuff if taken together, and for how long?
 
I was considering taking t3 for the last 6 weeks of my anavar/test prop cycle just to see what happened, but decided against it. I will keep it for my summer cut. The anavar on its own my not be strong enough to prevent muscle loss imo. I just switched from a mass version of ud2 to the fat loss version 2 weeks ago and already im seeing really great results. Just clean up your diet and use the anavar and you will get there. From what I have learned about t3 its really used in the last 6 - 8 weeks prep for competition. Good diet first then t3 imo. ;)

are you going to pct? if so you need to wait 18-21 days to let the esters of EQ/Cyp clear and then pct for 4 weeks, during that 3 weeks you can do a little mini-cut focusing on diet, training, cardio....during pct continue to clean up the diet, but continue to eat big to help maintain your gains...once you are done with pct drop down to maintenance calories for a month to really allow the body to reach homeostasis...cutting too soon can cause you to lose a majority of your gains...diet is the most important factor whether you are bulking or cutting....get the diet fixed first, then make sure your training/cardio is on point, then worry about any supplements to include AAS

as for the t3, like was mentioned anavar is not strong enough to use with it, it should really only be used on cycle or at least with a low dose of test...also keep in mind if you are planning pct var, or any exogenous AAS hormone for that matter, will keep you shut down

next time try to refrain from eating fast food that much....one little cheat every now and then won't hurt, but that stuff has no nutritional value whatsoever and leads to mostly fat gain...keep the food as clean as possible
