Cocaine getting cocaine out of a wet dollar bill

Someone I know picked up some coke and rapped it in a five dollar bill had to walk and they sweat through the bill and the coke got wet and some of it is soaked into the bill. What is the best way to get it out???? This is pure, good stuff.

Sprinkle a little baking soda on the bill, roll it up and smoke it like a joint. IDK maybe they'll sell you another five bucks worth of coke, I don't see any good way to get it out of the bill.

^^ alternatively he could re-invest the 5 in something else that will ACTAULLY get him high...eg Ice.

Um I would probably soak the bill, in as little water as possible, then remove the bill, then snort the soak as if it was a nasal spray. Mightnt be perfect but for the small amounts you are talking here might be the only way.

This doesn't seem very productive and isn't really OD material. Take this as a lesson and don't do that again, this is why most illicit drugs comes in plastic.
