Okay I want to get back into shape mentally and physically right now i am pretty fucked in both areas. Constant drug use and lack of excersize , no motivation, lazy, lethargic, underweight, addict. Im over it . I want girls to think of me as a catch and not just some bad boy they just want to see what he is all about then once they find out they bail out.
I usually wake up around 12
do nothing for 2 hours
eat
do more of nothing/call around watch tv computer etc
seek drugs
drink
eat
do drugs
sleep
tv all throughout the day
ill hang out with friends but all we do is drink and do drugs. Nothing productive , i have no job, not going to school, no car, dui. Its bad mates.
I need motivation and a structured life. I want to gain weight but i cant if i keep using drugs. It seems i have no appetite if i dont use drugs either. So that makes me use drugs . thats my main problem i feel upset about being skinny i have always been small. Im 22 years old, ive had sex with like 4 people. Im a good looking guy, girls think im hot etc. I just dont have any game.
I guess what im asking for is some healthy lifestyles. what to do during the day, what kind of mindset, and things to think about to stay motivated. I just get so bored and depressed i dont want to do anything.
