general hydromorphone help and basics

hello all you amazing people of BL I'm new here and have studied a lot of forums on here about dillys and my pet cat pikachu has came into possession of a constant supply of them and he has kind of experimented with other things his tolerance with hydroodone was 40mgs around 1k APAP pikachu really likes hydrocodone but his connection ho is generous and shares 40 2mg tablets every rx stopped getting hydrocodone so pikachu has token dillys and found that 4x 2mg tabs get him a warm nod if he adds some benadryl then he redoses another 2mg 30min to an hour later but he recently discovered internasal roa and finds that 4mg hits harder that way pikachu wants to know if theres a cross tolerance from nasal to oral pikachu has sniffed 6mg at a time he wants to know how much would be ok for him to stay safe and enjoy it and when he can redose after the initial 4mg sniff also he is aware the best bang per tab is to bang the tabs but he will never ever IVbecause when pikachu was a teen he lost his mom to heroin overdose and has ptsd with needles
any potentiation tips would help him stay safe and or any ideas how to get rid of this and get a weaker yet safer product is appreciated because he wants a better BA but doesn't know where to start
