Does anybody know what a "gameover scam" even means?

I think it has something to do with having access to free money and then not even having to do really serious work so then you can just behave almost as if you are not even an adult because you don't have any sense of responsibility.

You only get to laugh & joke if it's free money, then the other kids temper tantrum means that it's not safe.

That describes the idea behind running pretty much any scam; getting money for free, not working, and not taking responsibility for your actions.
I've never heard of this particular scam (some darknet thing? The name sounds like some kind of ransomeware), but there are countless different types of scams out there, and all of them have the same basic motivations.
