I just wanted to share how helpful Phenibut has been during gabapentin withdrawal.
I've been taking gabapentin, 3600mg per day, for over 6 months. I've been withdrawing over two weeks in order to start a course of pregabalin.
Folks withdrawing from gabapentin know how difficult it can be, so I thought I'd just share my positive experiences with Phenibut in hope that it may help others out there.
I've only been taking 500mg twice a week and it's helped stabilise my mood and enabled me to carry on regardless. Phenibut is addictive so it's only meant as a short-term measure.
