Harm Reduction Gabapentin for Opioid Withdrawal (how much/how often)? [Trying to be Sensible]

I've been pretty honest on here about the extreme things I have done on here to either get admitted to hospital (where here in UK they use your medical records to prescribe your normal meds inc any opioids) or to be given pain meds in emergency room including smashing my fingers with a hammer, using extreme-high-dose-Tramadol to induce seizures, faking corda equina (a surgical emergency) and using insulin to put myself i a diabetic coma.

I ran out of Morphine completely at 3am (currently 10:30pm) and the withdrawal is getting really bad. I'll probably be able to get my next morphine script in about 16-17 hours.
I'm actually gonna be sensible this time and just try and kill the withdrawal symptoms with Gabapentin. But how much should I take and how often for the best results?
I need probably 60-80mg morphine a day as a minimum to stay out of withdrawal if that affects how much Gabba I'll need.
 
Side Question: Why does withdrawal/detox sweat stink?

Keep washing my pits and applying deodorant lol. But it's that specific sweat you get in either really sick people or the homeless who haven't washed for days or weeks (I showered last night).

Gabapentin + Valproate (Depakote) + Thorazine?

Anyone know how to stop leaking? Not just the diarrhoea and sweating, like, my eyes and nose won't stop pouring. Oh, and I have reduced renal function. Does that matter with opioid wd?
 
Ah man... Get some bupe... I dunno if this is common knowledge but as soon as u get teary eye take like 2mg bupe IN.

It's "stress sweat", for some reason stress sweat smell distinctively different from normal sweat, and withdrawals are stressful AF for the body.

Nah why fuck around and risk PWD when he has gabapentin? Better to stick to the gabapentin IMO.

@ChemicallyEnhanced look up "gabapentin staggering" here on BL.
Start with 300mg, wait 45min-1h and then take another 300mg, keep on doing this until you feel okay. When you've worked your way up to 1200mg-1800mg you should probably be okay, maybe even just 900mg if you don't have any tolerance.
Gabapentin works wonders for opiate withdrawals, at least for me. The tolerance goes up crazy fast though so don't do it several days in a row.

Have a small, fatty snack with every dose, and then you can also drink a carbonated, caffeineated soda to enhance the effects!

Maybe get some Loperamide for the stomach, DON'T take more then it says on the packaging though, because it could affect the heart rythm in high doses.
For sweating there's Oxybutin, weed also helps and it goes well with gabapentin!
If your not smoking weed regularly or dont like it, it might not be a good idea to smoke it during withdrawals though.
 
Also look up "macro dosing of vitamin C for opiate withdrawals" on reddit, its a specific kind of vitamin C you should get. Apparently it takes away like 70% of all withdrawal symptoms if its the right kind and dosed correctly.

If it is for less than a day (OP said 16-17hours) it's just stupid to fuck around with buprenorphine and risk PWD, and If he takes bupe he will have to wait a while before taking oxys again to be able to feel it.

There's no risk of PWD with gabapentin, and ge doesn't have to wait before taking the oxys.

(But remember @ChemicallyEnhanced that gabapentin makes the effect of opiates stronger so don't take as much as you usually do when you do get your oxys!! Be careful since your tolerance will be a little lower as well)
