Gabapentinoids Gabapentin and Phenibut ok to mix???

So say 600mg gabapentin and 1g phenibut…?
That should be okay. There is risk of respiratory depression at higher doses. That would be the main thing to be concerned with, but at low doses like 1 gram of phenibut there is little risk as long as you are just combining those two substances.

Gabapentin is quite limiting in that higher doses about 900mg at once actually decreases bioavailability, so that drug is of little concern at higher doses. However it may act synergistically with the Phenibut.

Honestly though, phenibut is quite addictive. I was at 70 grams a day at one point. Definitely not good for a person to consume at those doses. My liver appeared to be fatty when an MRI was done for an unrelated health issue. That was as I was ending such consumption of both high dose phenibut and alcohol. I switched from alcohol to phenibut due to safety concerns with the alcohol only to find out the addictiveness of phenibut is much higher than alcohol.

My point being, if kratom was a bad habit for you then phenibut may also be something to be cautious with... that is all...

Appreciate the insights. Always going for harm reduction. Just for this acute part of kratom w/d (2 days in) for 2-3days max phenibut use. I did that combo first time ever trying it an im liking it, not overwhelming effective at that dose but slightly noticeable. Added some matcha and about to add ketamine as my work is done here today. Long onset time tho I will say. Peace and love!

Would adding ketamine sublingual 50 to 100 mg be something to consider or…?

Hah! Very peculiar that you should ask such as I am working on a project right now to help people understand the various options available to them to assist with recovery from drug/alcohol addiction, and I just switched tabs from my research into ketamine as one such option (and it was sublingual administration I was reading about at that; talk about synchronicity!)

Based on what I do understand regarding the facilitation of the healing process using psychedelics as therapeutic tools, I do believe the use of ketamine in your situation may be beneficial. However, this is something that I recommend starting low (30mg) with and working up as needed for a max dose of 120mg or so depending on specific body weight and variation in individual biochemistry. Anything above that is a bit overkill for the application in my opinion. I have only limited knowledge/experience of the various NMDA antagonist class of drugs in helping with mental disorders/addiction, but it seems promising in both regards.

If you have already have experience with ketamine, then go with the dose you first begin to notice perceptual changes at or approximate it and dial it in as you see fit. The goal here though is to do a low dose of it to help the brain heal from the addiction rather than have any major psychedelic experience from the medicine.
