Neuroscience GABA sensitive (severe)

What other effects would occur in a pt with severe GABA sensitivity. For instance they can only take 25mg of Lyrica twice a day before symptoms of ocular hemorrhage starts to occurs, have with mental health and opioid based medications?

I tried looking up an answer here, but I didn't see anything that covers this topic. If you have already covered it, I would love it if someone would point me in the right direction. Thank you!
