Who else likes to (albeit slightly) use their brain whilst pilling?
Simple word games are the greatest fun, and they are certainly something different to try if you aint tried them before.
Example:
The Ministers Cat
Multiple players. Must have basic grasp of the/an alphabet.
Player 1, who will now be known as K
Player 2, who will now be known as G
There are 2 variations on this one.
Version 1.1
K begins with 'The ministers cat is an _______ cat' with the gap being a descriptive word beginning with A, eg The ministers cat is an amphibious cat.
G then has a turn, with 'The ministers cat is a _______ cat' with the gap beign a descriptive word beginning with B, eg The ministers cat is a beautiful cat.
and so on and so forth till you get to the end. Then repeat....
OR
Version 1.6
K begins as above, 'The ministers cat is an amphibious cat'.
On G's turn now, instead of going to B, G follows with another descriptive word beginning with A. Then back to K who says another beginning with A.
This continues until it is agreed that no more words can be used starting with A. You then move onto B.
Just some ideas

can't think of any more word games off of the top of my head (so disappointed that charades and pictionary never happened at earthcore

) but i do like to write when i'm pilling, maybe not chopped (holding a pen is very, very difficult).
i find in this state i become very lucid, and my mind is able to move beyond the barriers i normally create for it. actually, out of the stuff i've written lately the ones i like best were written on speed come-downs (one during a particularly nasty one, needless to say that poem was not a happy, joyful one). so yeah, speed comedowns, when you can't sleep but can't really do anything else .... write.

i like to play challenging games when trippn or pilling.
my favorites are imaginary naughts and crosses and visualised connect 4.
imagine the naughts and crosses board and number the squares top left to right etc 1 to 9.
each player takes turns nominating squares untill one wins or draw.
connect 4 is the same but only much harder. the grid is 6 x 6 and you drop your imaginary token(red or yellow) into the again imaginery slot named a-f and it drops onto position named 1-6.
it gets very difficult to remember the board position and often arguments ensue so its best if a third party adjudicates or records the positions of the players imaginary tokens.

I like asking people to rhyme words that have no rhyming words like "orange" or "month". You should see the pained looks!!

oh...me me me me!!
We play this game, its called the "scatter game" for obvious reasons. We always play this when we are scattered but still have use of our brains.
Ok, so player A asks player B (there can be multiple players, but its really a 2 player game.
Player A (to player B): Why has your head fallen off?
Player B then has to tell a story of why his head fell off. It has to be smart, witty and generally intellegent, otherwise they are out of the game. If they win, they ask the next person the question:
Player B (to player C): "Why did you kill those 3 grandmas last night?
**********
The aim is, to ask the most far out questions in the world, and for the person answering to relate it to either the nights events, or something so COMPLETELY far out, that its hilarious. I love this game!!

I like it, I do...
The old 'story improv' is a good one too. Invent a topic, then take it in turns telling the story, one at a time, one sentance each. Points for witty/abstract notions. If somebody takes too long (+5 secs) or is generally crap... They are out.

WORD ASSOCIATION;
Not the most original game but it never fails..
You know how it goes..
Whats the first thing you think of when I say....
Tomato
Sunflowers
Mobile phone
Relationships
Suppose it does require much thought, always leads to chatting about something so if your with someone you just met play the word association game.. Combine it with the chemicals and your almost definently going to find something in common with them..

i prefer word dissassociation games, where the next word can have nothing to do with the previous one... it get's freaky very quickly...
another fun one is... words that don't rhyme with nebucheddnezzar... this was a fun drama game that i played in year 11/12... once again more fun if completely ripped!!

drugs are not the answer... drugs? is the question... yes is the answer... (aka confusered... just to confuse everybodies)

yeah all this innocent stuff is fine, just you try writing a meaningful letter to someone when ya tripping off ya nut. it gets way too fuckin intense, almost to the point where you have to strain in order to maintain a linear relationship between brain, hand and paper. very very difficult. i would rather be just playin with fluffy toys or slinkies or somethin!

I dunno about word games but what do u guys think about NUMBER games. u have 5 dices and a bowl and u shake and overturn it and open it. Before that ... some one has to say a number from 5 to 100. Example, 67. So the players have to use the numbers shown on the dice and + - x and/ or / to get 67.
It is really so difficult especially when ure so scattered and no using of calculaters ... it is all mental calculation.

abstract jankin
on a three count, instead of scissors paper stone, each individual mimes their equivolent (ie anything instead of scissors paper stone). you both then explain your mime and decide a winner(sometimes tricky).
once i mimed tidal wave only to find my opponent had mimed malibu surfer .... very funny game.

pleonastic, you still have me giggling..
whilst not specifically a word association game, usually there are many rounds of 'spot the cokehead' played when attending an event..

try the celebrity game.
One person starts off saying a name of anyone famous, then the next person says a name that starts with the last letter of the previous name.
eg: Arnold schwartzenegger (next name would start with S) Sarah michelle geller (Next name would start with G) etc etc.
If a double name comes up then you reverse and head back the other way around the group. (eg: Big Bird)
You can return this with another double if you like (Bugs Bunny) and It can sometimes go backwards and forwards.
And you cannot repeat a name. It sounds simple, but wait to see how silly (and hard) it gets. Can do your head in at times..
**ENJOY!**

word games? chopped? are you all fucking MAD? usually i'm pretty good... at words... and stuff... but chopped? i can hardly string a sentence together!
sounds like a way to make myself pass out...
oh. i get it. nice.

this is prolly pretty silly, but trying to say words backwards is pretty funny when chopped...
...oh, love the spot the cokehead game too.
i think in the movie GO they were playing that celebrity game in the cold room...or i could be wrong.

gotta love spoonerisms tarsy!!!
but you see, i fall into that when i'm chopped, WITHOUT trying! Actually i wonder if spoonerism is a hereditary disposition, cos both my mum and i do it heaps!
ie
bleat selt = seat belt
hoat canger = coat hanger
mace fakeup= face makeup
and of course, chulk bopped!!!!
and one started by mr samadhi....
sweet ya, see! = sweet, see ya!
ROFLMAO at the last 2....teeheeheehhe
