Hey there. If you have depression or anxiety, I recommend this interactive online therapy I was linked to by a nurse today.

It's free, easy, and anybody can use it. It uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
Moodgym

If you've got no real support at the moment, and really need some, check it out. It's good having something to work through in your own time, at your own pace. It's a bit simplistic (it is mostly CBT), but ah, when you can't afford a therapist, it's better having this than being alone with horrid thoughts.

Does anybody have any other similar self help/ online therapy links? If so, please share.

That's a great site that covers a lot of symptoms including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, panic, coping with hearing voices, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, substance misuse, insomnia, PTSD, OCD and suicidal thoughts. It mainly consists of work books and thought diaries which some people find really helpful, I think there are also some audio links to download peaceful relaxing music to help with anxiety. It also has lots of great tips and techniques for getting through bad patches and coping with how you feel.

It's mainly self led CBT but think there is some DBT thrown in there somewhere!

Hope people find this useful

Thanks. Great idea for a thread. :)

This was a worksheet I got whilst doing talk therapy of cognitive thinking errors:

I also have some others specifically related to anxiety that I was planning on linking those to the Anxiety megathread. I might link them here later.

*edit* - I was just looking over the website above & my worksheet is indeed, the printable version of their page on this. It seems the staff at the psychiatrist hospital I go as outpatient obviously use that website! Wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination to assume my other ones are there somewhere too.

Thanks! I'm too anxious to read about anxiety right now (I hope that makes sense, lol), but I will definitely check these out when I get to a better place.
