How long do they stay in your system? What if I don't use them everyday, more like every other weekend, but I took a lot of them for three days straight...Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It really depends on what benzo you took. Go to Wikipedia and find the half life of whatever benzo you took. For every x half-life, well, lol, half of that will be in your system. Every xth half-life, there will be half as many milligrams in your body as the last interval of time. Generally, though, 72 hours maximum, I would say, for something like xanax. This is all contingent on how MUCH you take. If you only did a few milligrams, you should be clear within 24 - 48 hours.

2. Your tolerance is just gonna grow slower. You will eventually move up in dose naturally.
