Foods and things to do for Post-Roll blues

Not really sure if this thread is in the right place but...

Some of you ecstasy users out there may know the shitty feeling you get the morning after you roll. When I roll, I get so so so depressed for the next day or two. So my question is...what foods, if any, can improve my mood? I've heard there are foods that can increase dopamine/seretonin levels. Is this true? What else can help me get back to normal more quickly?
 
I use to drink milk. Not that it helps i just like milk.

I use to find rolling out of bed and spending all day in the pub getting completely hammered helped me. It was always the best way to end a weekends clubbing off. Playing pool and putting some easy music on. Couldnt beat it.

Ya need to watch them monday mornings though ;)
 
hokey as it sounds, antioxidants are KEY.

Mdma causes a good deal of oxidative stress, which heavily contributes to long term damage and effects. OJ, pomegranates, blueberries, green tea, and all that jazz can help counteract it.

HYDRATE. I'm sure you know that one. AMAZINGLY NECESSARY.

After the initial slump, I like going for walks. Getting my blood flowing and muscles ticking makes a huge difference to me personally. Also sleep so your body gets to recuperate. I don't know about you, but I usually roll festively.

5htp can help your body recalibrate its serotonin, as can tryptophan which can be found in bananas and turkey (as well as seal meat if you have a spear handy. ;) )

Give yourself a rest before you roll again, no need to throw yourself too out of wack! Hope thats useful!
 
the serotonin imbalance is the main reason for the shitty depressive feeling. I remember one time after rolling I wanted to smack things off the shelves of stores and yell at most of my friends, and I'm usually a super passive chipper individual.

Yeh there are certain foods tht help build serotonin ....

Carbohydrates
dairy products
meats
dark chocolate
nuts

also after you roll I would reccomend you take/eat/drink the following to help your brain recover ...
Orange juice for vitamin C
5-htp supplement to help serotonin get back on feet
multivitamin
plenty of water - your probably dehydrated from your roll


......+ excersise and a good amount of sleep

Turkey is high in Tryptophan I believe, it is a very good meat to have for the days after rolling in my opinion. Exercise will help lots. Sleep for sure.
 
hey.... im just wonderin if there can be any dangers associated with taking MDMA or other drugs which mess with serotonin while on a course of tryptophan 220mg per day?
