Stimulants Focalin XR not working anymore after 3 days of success?

I've been on Focalin XR 15mg (again) for a total of 4 days. The first 3 days I noticed a tremendous increase in my ability to focus, put thoughts together, reaction time, reading speed etc... However today it seems as if it's just not quiet working as well as the previous 3 days. My mind just don't seem to be going as fast and my thoughts aren't coming together as quickly and I'm losing interest in newly started projects rather fast. So my question is was I truly just high the first 3 days? as I did notice a little buzz but it seems as if that buzz was what made the medicine effective. The buzz is gone but is the medicine still effective?

(I'M NOT LOOKING TO GET HIGH OFF MY MEDICATION!) Just looking for experience an info.
 
Well I guess the first question is if you are still able to focus better than without your medicine at all? If so, then it's obviously still doing some good.

I'm not sure of your age or build but in general 15mg XR is a fairly low dose. What I would advise is talking to your doctor and trying to find the lowest effective dose that will still work to help your symptoms so that you are able to focus better.
