Stimulants Focalin and xanex question

A) I just took 40mg of focalin xr, is that enough to properly stimulate me.
also, if you cruh up the tiny balls inside the xr capsule, will that make it instant release.

B)Can i mix xanax safely with it

any info, especially regerding focalin would be appreciated. It might be taking a while to hit me, or im just immune to it or something

A) No one knows what it's going to do for you, since no one else is you.

Crushing up the XR beads will not make it IR in my experience with different XR formulations, I have never taken focalin though.

B) Yes you can take Xanax with it, though it is likely to counteract the stimulation.

These are all extremely basic drug questions which belong in Basic Drug Discussion, but since I pretty much answered this, I'm just going to close it.
