Speaking of caves, I don't know what it is as about Eagle's Nest. There have been so many fatalities here over the years. I've been a certified cavern diver for over 20 years and I would never venture into this cave system. There is nothing in there worth dying for.

The body of a missing diver has been found in the Eagle?s Nest dive area, deputies said Thursday. The underwater cave system is the reported site of at least a dozen deaths since the 1980s, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

The body of Said Marjane, 20, was found this morning by a civilian dive team, Hernando County sheriff?s spokesman Michael Terry said. He?d been at the dive site with five friends since about 3 p.m. and completed more than a dozen free dives over several hours, deputies said.
During his final dive, Marjane told his friends he was going to ?attempt a max breath dive to see how long he could stay submerged,? Terry said, and Marjane dove down with a friend for safety.
The friend swam down about 80 feet before returning to the surface. When Marjane didn?t surface as well, his friends began diving to find him, Terry said.
