First Time Recreational Dihydrocodeine Dose?

Hi there,

I've got about 300mg in total of pure dihydrocodeine tabs, I've searched various topics here and elsewhere for this information but im hoping for something more specific in my case. I've tried Codeine a few times last time, around the summer last year and i tried 150mg of codiene which didnt really do much to be honest.

I weigh 100kg and my question is what is a good amount of dihydrocodeine for me to take for an enjoyable evening? I was thinking 90-100mg? Any advice is great.

Hi. I have been taking Dfs for nearly 20yrs! Originally it was prescribed to me for migraines - it did nothing to help with the migraine but I found it great to get good buzz from! I had it in 60mg tablets and would take just one or two to get well out of it. It lasted for a good few hours too. However, it gets addictive quickly! Once I started taking it, if I wasn't working or doing anything, I would take it each day. As long as you leave a few days inbetween you won't get hooked. Or just do it on a weekend etc.
Once I started taking it every day, I NEEDED IT. I have been hooked on it for the last 10yrs - always chasing, but never hitting that buzz. My dosage rose to up to 1000mg a day! Just spent the last 5 weeks trying to get off it and it has been hell. PLEASE be careful, Don't waste your life on it like I have.

60-90mg would be a good place to start
