I'm thinking about tripping for the first time with some friends, but have a few questions. First, it will be after an accounting final (I'm a college student) and so I will probably already be on armodafinil (a weak stimulant) and I also plan to smoke some bud during it. Will these adversely affect the trip? It will also probably happen at night as opposed to during the day. Just want to hear some thoughts from experienced users.

Bad idea. LSD is a pretty strong stimulant, so if you take it after being on stims all day you will probably feel extremely strung out during your trip. If you take it at night, you will not be able to sleep, which will make things even worse.
People often report that smoking Cannabis while on LSD can turn their trip bad - especially their first trip - so that's a bad idea too.
Wait until a time when you're well-rested to try LSD, don't eat it as soon as you walk out of your exams. Don't mix it with other drugs, at least until you've had some experience.
