Swim is a pretty laid back guy, but he is the type to try anything once.
On friday night at around 8:30pm Swim's buddy came by and brought 45ml of liquid methadone.
Swim took 15mls and his buddy took the other 30ml.
Since his friend takes it a lot his tolerance is thru the roof. Needless to say he was fine.
It is now 4:30pm on Sunday and Swim is still wrecked! (tho not nearly as bad as last night)
Swim is tall and slim (6'2, 160lbs) if that helps anything.
Was told he'd be puking a LOT and swim's gone maybe 3 times over these 2 days.
My question is, if the reason Swim's still messed up b/c he hasn't been throwing up? (Hence purging it out of his system)
Swim also has had a perma headache for about 22 hours, hold and cold flashes (erratic) and out of the last 2 days he's prolly NOT been in bed for 4 hours total. (Tho what swim's doing in bed isn't really sleeping :/)
Anything would help at this point.
Also, unless this is completely life threatening at this moment in time, swim would rather skip the hospital visit.
Last but no least, obviously swim took too much for his tolerance, but if he lives thru this, he's very sure this isn't his cup of tea.

This headache is brutal, is it safe for Swim to now take either Tylenol or Motrin IB?
