First time Hydrocodone, APAP question

I have 5-500 hydrocodone/APAP pills. I have no tolerance to any opiates, because I have never tried any.

I weight around 140 and plan on taking 20mg, but I want to know if I should CWE the APAP first. I'm going to be taking 20mg one day, and MAYBE 20mg the next. Will the APAP have any adverse effects at 2grams a day?
 
TBH, I think you dont need to worry about the APAP, the general rule i have is not go over 4g in a day. If I were you, I'd go ahead and just take 'em. Have fun ;)
 
^^ Not the best advice if he plans on doin this long term. But if you are just doin this ever now and then you should be fine. But this is a harm reduction site so if you plan on doin this everyday make sure you do the CWE. All that APAP will mess your liver up
 
It's only 4, you will be fine, as long as it's just once or twice
You may have a bit of a sore stomach, especially being that at that dose you'll need an empty stomach...but it'll be ok..

Little point in CWE with 8 pills imo, however if you intend on doing it more regularly then you MUST cwe, and never take more than that either, apap is really bad stuff for your liver aye....
 
The OP doesn't sound like he plans to do this long term (or has the pills to do so). So just taking them would be fine.

20 might bring on some anxiety because for an inexperienced person the body feel and shallow breathing might be alot...

but damn if i could do 20 mg like that again...ask for the p next time...i never liked the v
 
I have 17 pills total, 12 in my possession, 5 more in my prescription bottle. I've been weening them from the bottle of the last week.

I plan on sharing with 1 or 2 friends, so I will only be doing this a few times, and probably only once a weekend.

So 20mg isn't a good starting zone? I want to try it more then once, so maybe 10mg tomorrow, 20mg next weekend?

Would 2 grams of APAP a weekend for two weekends be fine? If I ever do more I will CWE.

One last question, smoking weed. Will it amplify the effects, make them less noticable, or nothing? I smoke near daily, and I will be high this weekend.
 
20mgs is a small dose, unless you are sensitive or have a very low natural tolerence..

This is harm reduction site, but you will not even feel 10 mgs...

2 grams a weekend for 2 weekends will be more than fine, I'd take a gram for a minor headache, a couple of times a day...

Weed on top will certainly increase the effects, but at a low dose, the marijuana will high will just overtake the opiate high and you'll just be stoned...maybe a bit more tired than normal.
 
I would personally suggest 15 mgs, but 10-20 are also reasonable. No need to worry about APAP at the doses and timing you have in mind. Weed mixes quite nicely with opiates, at least for me. It doesn't really make them either stronger or weaker, it just is a fun combo.
 
15 will probably be your best bet

basically if you worry about apap your not gonna do enough to truly worry

strap in for a fun ride

and dont get addicted..
 
Alright. Plan is to not take it this weekend. I've looked it up more, and it seems cruising and fucking around with friends where ever we can won't be what to do with hydrocodone. Next Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, I will dose 15mg (I might CWE if I get bored. I love doing drug related stuff when I get bored. Like making bongs and shit.). I'm just going to sit at home with my computer and dog. Listen to some tunes, or maybe lay down and think. If I get nauseas, I will smoke a little.

do whatever with hydro. fucking around with friends is perfect, unless you are gonna be the driver. it's not gonna be a trip or anything. it's a drug that will make your everyday life better. no need to set aside time for it. you should smoke weed with it though; you'd be damn near wasting it not to.
 
My first time with hydrocodone it only took 7.5 mg to get me high as a kite. I could not imagine ever starting out with 20 mgs. That is crazy.
 
APAP wise (Short term) you should be fine. I have to agree with k12 though, 20mg is not a very wise STARTING dose. Since most users tend to increase dosages over time.

When i first started opiates in college me and my using buddy started with swallowing a 30mg oxy ir. Mostly everyone I know started at either 15mg or 30mg.

7.5mg is like what a dentist will prescribe you...taken as directed. I really don't think 20mg is "crazy" (especially considering its hydrocodone) though there is the possibility of nausea.

Might want to start at 15mg to be safe but I never felt shit from a single 7.5mg hc pill.
