films: Epics

"Does Clash of the Titans count? "

Hell yes it counts! :) I'd throw in a vote for Spartacus in there as well...

Apocalypse Now
Spartacus
The Ten Commandments
Robin Hood: Prince of Theives
The Adventures of Robin Hood
2001: A Space Odyssey

You guys might not agree with me about some of these, but oh well. Dunno if you guys would constitute some of these as epics either.

Gone With The Wind does *NOT* do justice to the book. The books is miles better! I know people say that about every book that is made into a movie but it is *especially* true with GWTW.

Clash of the Titans!!! (that kraken ROCKS!) Jason and the Argonauts! Legends of the Fall! Last of the Mohicans!Gladiator! Crouching Tiger hidden Dragon! can Forrest GUMP be considered an epic too? anyway loved that. :)=D Oh, and Castaway. It was essentially an epic about isolation. *lol*
