in my own world! It's more fun!
Film: Fifth Element (sry-Spoiler)

this is one of my favorite movies. I think I've watched it over 5,000 times.

favorite scenes: the cab ride with Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. (the cops with the McDonalds is so funny)

the first radio show with Chris Tucker and Bruce Willis. (hilarious) {Welcome to Club Paradise}

The Diva scene through the fight with Lee lou in the Diva's hotel room.

"Send someone in to negotiate"
"We're sending someone in to negotiate"
BOOM
"How did you learn to negotiate like that" BWA

and the end...Leelou tells Bruce Willis she doesn't know love. (tear)

mods: I wasn't sure if this post is considered a "spoiler" or not...can we get a poll?

I think it's incredibly hokey; nevertheless, it's so much fun to watch that I can forgive it for its (many) faults. I gave it three stars.

I love this movie! Chris Tucker is awesome (although I heard he almost didn't do it when he saw the wardrobe ;)).

I really enjoyed the music and the costumes - the vision of a future world is pretty cool. The whole "save the world" story is so overdone, but I liked it in this movie since it wasn't a human only effort, and there were different aliens involved.

And Gary Oldman! I love him. Again, great costume, I loved his goofy speech pattern, and just a great villian.

Bruce Willis was a great lead role, and I love his "negotiating".

Did I mention I love this movie? ;)

I think the space opera was pretty funky i own the soundtrack and would recomend it to anyone who lsitens to the standard orchastrated music. I also enjoyed the wardrobe. i have adhd though so neo colors tend to do it for me. i think the movie was hokey bnut i think it was done purposfully.

this si on my top 10 favorite movie

chris tucker is hillarious is this flick.

not my favorite movie ever, but I can watch it without needing to immediately turn the channel. I dig the ending, even though I've seen it before, its still suspenseful. 3 out of 4

I think my favorite scene is when Milla Jovovich is watching/learning the history of the planet. The look on her face when she sees all the evil we've brought to the planet is priceless.

why hasn't anyone made another movie like this? so much style and weirdness.

This one is in my top ten. It walks the fine line retaining it's grandiose sense of style without coming off as campy. I'm a huge fan of Gary Oldman and he pulls of the role in spades.

Any one else notice how nearly all of Luc Besson's work involves an older man helping a young girl in distress?

"Supa green!"
"bzzzzz"

supergreen

a great film which on first viewing was let down at the end at the seemingly obvious return of the jedi destruction and escape from Jabba's barge duplication, but have since grown to forgive.
