film: the bucket list.

it only took a glance at the synopsis and actor list to entice me to watch. jack nicholson and morgan freeman playing the main characters.

the movie was listed as a comedy; although i would be more inclined to classify it as a drama.

anyone seen this yet? i personally adored it, and loved seeing two of my favourite actors side by side bouncing their unique yet warm personalities off each other. i dont want to say too much and reveal the story line as its just being released here now in Australia at the cinemas; but would definately recommend it for those looking for a light hearted up and down drama.

^Agreed. I am of the opinion that Messrs Nicholson (eccentric & rude) & Freeman (well read & intelligent) have become one trick ponies of late & was quite hesitant to spend an hour & a half of my life watching this. I'm not wrong about them, but a double helping of humble pie was on the menu.

I really enjoyed this movie & so did the room of burly, unsympathetic men who watched it with me. Car chases & explosions are what make these ingrates class as a "good fuckin' movie", so it made a real change watching a real film for a change.

Not to give anything away, but it based on a list made up by them consisting of things they wanted to do before they died. Funny in some places, sad as hell in others.

To watch it, is to enjoy it.
