Film: Stay

Just finished watching this and I'd just like to say I thought it was trollop. I'm sick of movies being made where they try to confuse the audience by trying to give the film an artistic edge. It's been done and done again and it does nothing but piss me off.

I disregarded what I thought was the message behind the film while viewing as I thought it was a shitty concept, but it turns out to be the correct concept whereby the movie revolved around the fabrication of the kid, Henry while he was dying.

I have read around and found people claiming how brilliantly done it was and how you have to be intelligent to get it the first time. Don't listen to the hype and don't bother seeing this film. It builds up, but doesn't return.

I want my 1.5 hours of life back !!

I felt like digging this thread up because I actually liked the movie, and wanted to see if anyone else here felt the same. I thought it was really good in a creepy sort of way, in that it showed that no matter what you think, you're not necessarily the sane one in a situation.

I didn't hear anything about the movie before I saw it, so no expectations were present when I saw the movie. I wasn't waiting to be impressed. I just watched a movie, and at the end I thought it was really good.

I respect that people are going to have different opinions on everything, and yes, Stay definitely isn't a movie for everyone, but the OP clearly just wants to throw his $0.02 at the movie as hard as he can.
