Saw Scary Movie 3 over the weekend. It was pretty funny. There were some pretty dumb parts but overall it was very funny.
Mixing together 'Eight Mile', 'Signs' and 'The Ring' into a somewhat coherent parody is pretty impressive.
I am kind of glad that I caught the matinee price though. It wouldnt have been worth 19 bucks for my wife and I to see this.

I think that scary movie 2 sucked ass- this one was more along the lines of quality with the first one.
:)

I completely disagree, I thought the second Scary Movie was the best of all 3. I think Scary Movie 3 was horrible, i do agree that paying full price would have been a big rip-off.

Looking forward to seeing this when it comes out because Kevin Smith helped with it, and Leslie Nielson is in the preview. Leslie Nielson fucking rocks my world, that guys one funny cunt...

I'll wait till it comes out on dvd to see it. The previews looked funny but not funny enough to make me go pay $9 to see it.

Fucking horrible movie.

Might be up there with "Executive Decision" as the worst movie I've ever seen in a theater.

Avoid it at all costs.

I saw it at the drive-in last weekend. It was a great drive-in movie, considering I only paid $2.50 to watch it (tickets were $5 but it was a double billing w/ Kill Bill). I didn't like the other Scary Movies very much, and this one had it's fair share of completely retarded shit, but that was expected considering it was written by the Wayans Bros. and directed by David Zucker. But there were a few hilarious jokes that made up for the stupid shit. The whole "I'm sorry, dude" "Don't call me dude!" joke got me laughing hard for a looooong time. If I had paid $8 for a theater showing of it though I think I'd be pretty disappointed...

I think that if you're a fan of Zucker movies like Airplane! and the Naked Gun series, you'll probably like this one more than the other Scary Movies...

wasn't bad but the blatenly stole likes like
"you think your excited, feel these nipple" from baceketball

i love the little shit in the movie tho like the sherrifs hat getting bigger and bigger :)

gawd i hated this movie. the whole freestyle battle part lacked jokes entirely, though i enjoyed the random inclusion of simon cowell, who gets shot down. it wasn't rated R and didn't have any creative input from the wayans bros., hence the lack of weed-related jokes or body fluid geysers.
i wonder if any of the 10 to 13 year-olds in the the theater got the Airplane reference when leslie nielson says "good luck, we're all counting on you"?

Didnt like it at all. It had funny parts to it but it wasnt nearly as good as the first two.

The movie was not worth the $4 i paid (not counting the $1.25 soda and 75 cent candy) There was maybe 4 times that i laughed... i mostly just smiled or shook my head when everyone else laughed.

Very simple humor. The first and second movies were a lot better. I am not going to be seeing Scary Movie 4 if they make it.

I was all about seeing it when it came out. Then, I heard it sucked so I didn't go and see it.. if someone rents it maybe I'll watch it to pass some time!

I DONT KNOW WHAT ANYBODY IS TALKING ABOUT. HOW COULD YOU LIKE THAT CRAPPY ASS MOVIE. DID ANYBODY SEE THE COMMERCIALS??? EVERY FUNNY PART WAS IN THE COMMERCIAL FOR THE MOVIE. I WALKED OUT OF THE THEATER WHICH I RARELY EVER DO. IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN!
