I was watching this the other day for like the 1000th time and i realized how much i love this damn movie. Here's a list of the things that made this movie cool:

Keanu Reeves as a surfer (it must have been a real stretch for him to play that role)
Gary Busey acting like a madman
Lori Petti's ass
Patrick Swayze as a surfer (???!!!!! ive only ever seen him play a hillbilly or a pretty boy in any other movie, but i must say he made a great surfer)
bank robbers dressed up as the ex-presidents
one of the best chase scenes ever when "johnny utah" is chasing "bodi" (haha great names too)
the gas pump flame thrower
the skydiving scenes
the night surfing scene
the cops raiding the house and fighting with that naked bitch
when johnny utah almost gets his face chopped off by the lawn mower
the fact that anthony keidis from the red hot chili peppers is in it
and many more!!!!

ALL HAIL POINT BREAK!!!!!!!!!:D :D :D

Point Break is a fucking SICK movie.

The best is the Soundtrack...I'm a huge 80's metal fan...so you get some Ratt, some LA Guns, Concrete Blond.

The best is the raid of that house where the undercover dude was living, and the fight next to that lawn mower blade.

GREAT GREAT flick, and a must see for adrenaline junkies and action packed movie fans.
 
Gary Busey aside, I didn't really enjoy this film much. This has to be one of Keanu's worst performances of all-time, though I wasn't annoyed by a surfing Patrick Swayze. With characters such as Johnny Utah and WARCHILD...how could you go wrong?

Surfing bank robbers with a former college stud QB turned wannabe FBI agent hot on their trail undercover....hmmm....ALL CONFERENCE BABY!

Funniest movie ever. Bodhi is the coolest name ever, and just having anthony keidis as a crazy tweaker was enough to top it all off, god point break is badass

i used to watch it all the time when i was a kid :D
the coolest moment ever in the film is after Johnny Utah has been bashed, and he's walking up the stairs with the main president surfer dude, and his partner comes rushing down and does the quickest save ever... "AHh-i'm looking for my son, a little boy.. about this big"
can't remember it exactly, but i always thought he was so good for that.
and keanu, young dumb and full of cum... i hate that phrase... but he's a legend.
what's with that skinny, boy/child like girl?
 
Definately one of my favorite action movies I've ever seen. Even though I despise Keanu and his clunky line delivery, he played a fitting part in this one. Highly entertaining and action packed... go busey go...

what ever happened to that show "I'm With Busey"? My guess is that he realized he was humiliating himself on a weekly basis...

I think that was kind of the point, but I found that kid that was with him was way freakier. I mean who the fuck is obsessed with Gary Busey? I ask you.
 
Point Break is gotta be one of my favorite movies. The script was awesome, great dialogue and guess what the one-line jokes are actually funny, seems like a rarity in a lot of movies nowadays. People just TRY to be funny and when you really try, you just aren't. I love Patrick Swayze and his performance was excellent IMO. I love the spiritual angle, he played it so well! Zen Surf Master! :)
 
There is nothing I don't love about this movie. Every scene is pure fucking gold. Surfing's the source man... swear to God.
