Has anyone seen this yet? I have no interest in watching this Japanese "horror" remake,but I'm interested in exactly how bad it is. It has the worst rating I've ever seen on www.rottentomatoes.com

I have no interest in watching this Japanese "horror" remake

same here. i saw the original on .. i think it was IFC a week or so ago, mainly watched it cause i really dig the director, 'takashi miike' i thought it was 'alright' . nothing as far out n' bizarre as other 'miike' films are.

agreed, i just saw a commercial for it and was disgusted. as for the original, as i recall it is the only horror movie from china i have seen, n' id definitely recommend it, has a real frightening atmosphere.

amen brotha, but u know how hollywood works, after 'the ring' and 'the grudge' they should of stopped raping japanese horror, hell they are raping horror in general to many damn 'remakes, prequels and adaptations'
