i’m back on the wagon AGAIN (it’s been a crazy month tbh) and i think this time i need to do things to keep myself sane instead of wallowing (partially bc this relapse was way shorter than the previous one so i imagine it will be way less physically & mentally demanding). when i just spend time on screens i get a lot of relapse urges.
problem is i am disabled and my ability to
do stuff
is kind of nonexistent. i can get 2-3 productive hours on a good day at the moment but then the rest of the day is there. a lot of activities off screens that are low energy enough for me to do aren’t things that i could do for hours and hours (e.g. walk & podcast, reading) so i need suggestions for more things to rotate between.
anyone have any activities that kept them sane through the first few days/weeks? or anything that you just enjoy? i also have no money rn because of course i bought a lot of my DOC that i ended up getting rid of anyway (hate my life).
