Opioids fetty......why does my throat burn and it taste like gas ?

why does my fetty taste like gas or some type of chemicle other than....and burns like shit in my throat when i hit it?

The way that using fent instead of H makes it more compact, and more effective to buy per dose for the suppliers, there's this weird rush of "saving money with the same happy custies", exact words I've heard from a dealer I knew in the past. He's now dead, killed by another dealer in the neighborhood who was fighting over turf. R.I.P Mike, hope your daughters are doing well bro.

Stepping on fent is specifically wicked dangerous compared to stepping on something that's less potent by dose though, it's specifically devious to do, it shows how little these people care.

If you aren't able to do a wash on your fent, you should really try to transition to using a drug that's more reliable in quality and safety if possible. You can still use opioids and maintain a good life, but the state of fent off the streets right now is simply unsafe in ways that, without being plugged in straight to the chemist and getting your fent straight from the beaker, you're not going to be able to guarantee that your mother won't be crying at your funeral any day now. I hope things get safer in your life sooner rather than later.

Are ulcerating from the inside out these days for some reason. Fentanyl does not do this.

A slow death where my organs and skin are ulcerated and I go through amputations and rot to death is what fent addiction looks like these days.

God I wish we could go back to the days of tar and oxy

Xylazine toxicity (which is what I assume you're talking about) is really fucked up, but a lot of the fent in my area at least doesn't ever test positive for it according to drug testing databases, and people I've spoken to who work at publicly funded harm reduction facilities. Interestingly enough though, many people around here are moving Suboxone and Ritalin when the fent and meth run out, and there have been a LOT of droughts in those scenes recently.

Weirdly enough, spice is currently the most popular and certainly the most problematic drug in my area.

I know the xylazine is notorious for ulceration.

the ppl in SoCal are also ulcerating from fent and to my understanding xylazine isn’t in the dope there…but I really don’t know and would be curious to learn more.

Divine Sorrow has always been my favorite song of all time. I’m sure you must know that one too.

I'd had a PICC line in for ~6 months straight, an IV straight into your artery so you can get nutrients without eating. I was terminally ill at the time. The way your brain recognizes you're starving is unreal, your teeth get loose in your mouth, it has you chewing on baby toys a few times a day just to keep your teeth from falling out. All you can think about is how much hunger pain you're in, I would obsessively scroll through /r/foodporn just to look at pictures of good food, hoping that if the PICC was out before I died I might be able to experience something like that again. When overdose amounts of hydromorphone, an epidural, morphine on top, and midazolam can't get your mood up or the pain to go away even a little bit, it means things aren't going well.

Eventually I pulled through by sheer chance, and once the PICC was removed the first thing I ate was one of those vanilla Hood brand ice creams in the little foam cups, while listening to Can't Catch Me on loop. I've used easily over a hundred drugs from countless different classes, no amount of any opioid of cathinone or meth or coke or anything has even felt a fraction of a percent as good as eating that felt. I still get goosebumps thinking about that, accidentally started crying while writing this lol.

Most people who get PICCs don't really pull through, they're usually too deep in already with the specific illnesses that I have. By chance I made it through and experienced, from my brain's perspective, eating after starving for six months but somehow not dying.

I wonder if xylazine analogs that don't show up in xylazine tests are to blame, there are many and they could certainly be clandestinely produced with ease.

I've not a clue, in addition a ton of fent on the street isn't "fentanyl, it's "butyryfentanyl", "acetylfentanyl", etc. There are a million variants and if you aren't tied in deep with a fent chemist (and there are not many in general due to fent's potency, similar to LSD being so potent that not many chemists are required to sustain a large population of users) then you're getting a random drug likely mixed with other mystery drugs and then stepped on with whatever the fuck the people whose hands it passed through before it gets to you.

That's how the whole xylazine issue started.

The "popcorn tasting fent" people were talking about was the butyric acid variant for example, that shit smells MAD like popcorn.
